Hey Royalties, How have you all been? How was your past weeks? Hope all is going well and fine?         I am sure we are all wondering what R.A.C .K is all about. R.A.C.K is an abbreviation for Random Act of Kindness. So I came across the word RACK at school during one of our chaplaincy meeting in school and I realised that most of us truly don’t know what RACK is all about. So we would be discussing about RACK and we would start by simplifying what each word mean. Self Appreciation and Self Love

Hi guys, How was your past week because mine was awesome😍😍😉. I got to learn that some people feel bad about themselves probably because they are not pretty like the IG girls, they aren't trending  or maybe they are too fat and some times feel inferior so thats why this week we are going to be talking about SELF LOVE and SELF APPRECIATION. Self appreciation is giving credit to yourself, hyping and encouraging yourself (because if everybody slys you, you wouldnt sly yourself and if nobody is there to encourage you,  you've got to talk sense to yourself)loving yourself irrespective of anything, telling yourself that there is hope waiting for you in the dark.
